So I had this idea last year to try and start a collection of stock references specifically for clothed figures in action for my comic Rune. Then, after going to Fanime in San Jose with some awesome homies, they gave me the idea to post some of it in case anyone else needs the same!

I think I may be able to use this to help describe positions in fight scenes (my only artistic talent is making mountains of text); thanks for making me think about that — I had never thought of describing how a character might ready himself to fight.
